Thrive Outreach Tour

The Thrive For Change Outreach Tour is a pop-up style distribution station that connects local communities to life-saving resources such as Narcan, harm reduction supplies, groceries, peer support services, connections to employment, and more. Outreach events are hosted in a drive-thru or walk-up style at identified locations on a regular day and time each month so that communities know where to get support.

In partnership with more than 85 organizations in Northeast Ohio, the Thrive For Change Outreach Tour was developed in response to the increasing overdose rates in Ohio. With data supplied by the Ohio Department of Health, our team will be identifying key locations in zip codes with high overdose rates and at-risk populations. As The Thrive For Change Outreach Tour continues to grow, we are serving more people than ever, and we need your help.
